Site Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and care-driven individual to join our team as the Site Quality Manager.  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the Styling and Quality teams ensuring they have the support needed to achieve the highest standards of quality. You have management experience and are a great communicator at all levels. Your employee-centric approach, combined with empathetic listening skills, will be key to maintaining a positive and productive team environment.  Capability in conducting quality analysis, actively participating in business and team improvement efforts, and showcasing change management skills.  If you are someone who takes initiative, rolls up their sleeves to get things done, and is passionate about delivering exceptional quality, we invite you to consider this exciting opportunity.

⚙️ What you’ll be doing:

    • Responsible for ensuring the team delivers the highest quality product to our customers and to encourage change to foster quality improvements
    • Monitoring the quality of our bouquets by monitoring customer feedback via our in-house monitoring systems (Tableau)
    • Create reports and retro documents to share with business stakeholders, to ensure we evolve and capture business improvements and ability to prevent future problems
    • Responsible for managing and supporting the Production Stylists and the Quality Controllers
    • Being the first point of contact and go-to person for your direct reports
    • Conduct regular 1-1s and organize team meetings
    • Monitor continuous improvements for the teams and actively participate and own areas in ensuring implementation of business improvement Work alongside the production team to ensure all products are fulfilled within business and quality KPIs.

Wat wij vragen

    • You will have 2-5 years of experience in managing an operational team.  A background within a production environment or flower business is advantageous
    • Experience in operations and a good communicator at all levels on the production floor
    • You can spot when something is off and can identify an issue and problem-solve
    • Comfortable analyzing data and reporting on your insights
    • Ability to work under pressure and have a can-do attitude
    • Able to work all days from our Amstelveen warehouse, weekly working hours 32+
    • Fluent in English and Dutch
